The Agronomy & Environmental Science Certificate is designed to prepare students for a variety of roles in the agriculture industry. This certificate provides students a more intensive approach for entry into careers such as chemical or fertilizer applicators, agronomy technicians, fertilizer plant technicians, seed plant technicians, agriculture production operators, soil sampling technicians, and precision agriculture technicians. Students focus on management, precision agriculture, plant and soil science, field crop scouting, and disease identification.
