The Dairy Science Certificate is a very specialized curriculum designed to prepare students for entry into the dairy industry. This certificate will give students an intensive approach to preparation for careers such as feed mill operators, dairy foods industry technicians, milk inspector technicians, dairy reproduction technicians, and dairy herd assistants.
