Federal law mandates that only the student may request release of their transcript. Kaskaskia College and Credential Solutions collaborate to provide students with access to an online ordering system through a secure website.
Please note: An unpaid balances to Kaskaskia College will result in a hold being placed on your Kaskaskia College record which will not be removed until the balance has been cleared. If you have a question concerning the status of your account, contact the Cashier Office.

To send your Kaskaskia College transcript to yourself or another college or university, requests can be completed by going to Parchment, which is part of Parchments ordering system.
Processing of electronic request occur at the end of each business day.
Transcript request can be made in person by completing the Admissions Transcript Request and submitting to the Cashiers Office located in the Enrollment Center of the HB building along with payment. The form along with receipt of payment will then be provided to Admissions and Registration for processing.
Processing of paper request is generally three (3) business days but may take longer during peak times such as beginning of each semester.
Current students may access and print their unofficial transcripts from their student information portal by going to myKC. Under Self-Service, expand the Academics dropdown then click Unofficial Transcript.
