The Precision Agriculture Certificate program equips students with the foundational knowledge and technical skills necessary to thrive in the rapidly advancing field of precision agriculture. This program emphasizes the integration of cutting-edge technologies into modern farming practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.

Students will receive hands-on training in the use of computer-based tools, navigation satellite systems, and agricultural mapping software. The curriculum also covers the operation and maintenance of precision agriculture equipment, the application of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for crop monitoring and data collection, and key agronomic principles that support data-driven decision-making in crop production. Graduates of this certificate will be well-prepared for employment in agricultural operations, agronomy services, and technology support roles within the ag industry.
