The Machining Technology Certificate prepares students for entry-level employment in the machining and manufacturing industries. This program provides hands-on training in the setup and operation of manual and computer numerical control (CNC) machines, blueprint reading, precision measurement, and shop safety. Students will gain foundational skills in turning, milling, drilling, and grinding, as well as exposure to CAD/CAM software and quality control processes. Emphasis is placed on real-world applications and industry standards to ensure graduates are workforce-ready upon completion.
