How do you inspire your students to learn? I am committed to providing hands-on learning experiences that prepare students to meet industry standards upon graduation. Students with no previous knowledge of the subject matter can enroll and expect to complete hands-on activities that prepare them for graduation and give them confidence in their abilities to meet the needs of industry.

What did you do before you began teaching at Kaskaskia College? Before teaching at Kaskaskia College I held various engineering and management positions primarily in the automotive industry: Project Engineer at General Motors, Production Control Engineer and Manager at Aisin Light Metals, Industrial Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager at North American Lighting, Adjunct Instructor since 2003 for SIU Carbondale Off-Campus Programs (Industrial Management and Applied Engineering)
