Physical Therapist Assistant - Sycamore, IL
Job Description
This post is for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Candidate must have an active Illinois license (or in the process of applying for their license). The ideal PTA for this position is an outgoing, passionate person that works well within a team setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Progressing patient’s plan of treatment that has been established by the physical therapist
- Frequent communication with supervising PT regarding appropriate treatment plan, follow-up appointments and potential discharge for patients
- Document all treatment in patient charts and complete all written communication in a timely manner: progress notes, daily S.O.A.P notes and discharge summaries
Qualifications
Requirements: Must hold valid and current PTA license in the state of IL
