Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Department supports the academic mission of Kaskaskia College.  The department is located in ST-121 on the Main Campus and is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure, facilities and resources of the campus network, computer labs, and technology services.

The Information Technology Department provides technical support services on a variety of issues and platforms. Technical assistance is available in-person, on the telephone, email, and remote desktop sessions. Some of the more common support areas include assistance with login issues, WiFi connectivity, and myKC portal, etc.


The Technology HelpDesk provides KC faculty, students, and staff an effective, single point of contact for timely and consistent response to technology-related questions, training and documentation. The HelpDesk is located in ST-121 (Science & Technology Building) on the Centralia Main Campus.
