Youth Career Specialist
Job Description
- Guide youth through a self-assessment to identify and prioritize personal strengths and needs, and translate them into a set of realistic goals. Develop an Individual Service Strategy for achieving these goals
- Provide case management to at-risk youth and young adults, including by not limited to: job search assistance, job referrals, resume preparation and revision, job interview preparation, and coaching on employability skills.
- Complete and submit accurate, timely paperwork and data entry
- Travel in the local area, including regular travel to Man-Tra-Con's Marion office, will be required. Mileage reimbursement is provided

This is a full-time position based upon a 35-hour work week. $25,000 to 35,000 per year, D.O.E.
