Residential Youth Couselor

Job Description

  • This program serves youth ages 12-20, who are receiving mental health treatment. We are looking for responsible, trustworthy people of good character who want to help others. Responsibilities of the position include: engaging in activities with youth, supervision of youth, behavior management, role modeling, transporting residents, documentation and various other duties as assigned.



Must be 21 years old, have a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent), pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty test, have a VALID Illinois Driver's license with a clean driving record and a CLEAN background (Background checks through Illinois State Police, FBI, DCFS)


Salary and Benefits

Full-time position

$12.50 - $13.50/hr
