Office Assistant Position

Job Description

This is a part time/entry level job with potential to become a full-time position in the Spring of 2022.

Job duties will include invoicing, shipping, generating reports, prepare and monitor invoices, maintain supplies and inventory, handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and light accounting. 


Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook, QuickBooks and Microsoft Word.

Applicant must have the principals and mind process for providing excellent customer service.  Must possess basic operation skills of office machines, have friendly communication skills and the ability to multi task and manage time wisely.

Salary and Benefits

Hourly paid position will be based on background experience, knowledge and skills

Part Time (Afternoon shirt - 1:00-5:00 Monday - Friday)
