3rd Shift Staffing Specialist
Job Description
Seeking "People" people! Innovative Staff solutions is growing and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of 3rd Shift Staffing Specialist on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Nashville, IL office. As a staffing specialist for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers! Ideal candidate will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a progressive, people-centric environment.
Responsibilites:
-Communicate with client and team members professionally
-Address employee concerns immediately
-Data entry documentation into hour HRIS system
-Assist with phone screens and making placement for the client
-Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment with client
-Process Workman's Comp paperwork and investigations
-Able to do floor walks in manufacturing environment multiple times a shift
Qualifications
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products
-Professional appearance and demenor
-Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions
- Able to multi-task and detail oriented
- Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm-7am with overtime as needed
-Experience working on 3rd shift preferred, but not required
