This course will emphasize the notion of a function as a unifying concept for the topics of college algebra and an extension of the topics of trigonometry. A graphing calculator is highly recommended. Prerequisite: Completion of one unit of high school geometry with a grade of C or better or MATH 103 with a grade of C or better, and math placement at MATH 160 or the completion of MATH 107 with a grade of C or better.
