Kaskaskia College to Host 2025 Enduring Freedom Celebration on November 5th

Centralia, IL - Kaskaskia College will host its annual Enduring Freedom Celebration on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, honoring the service and sacrifice of U.S. military veterans. The event will take place on the college's main campus, beginning with a free breakfast for all veterans and their guests from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Student Center (HB Building), followed by a special program at 9:45 a.m. in the Jane Knight Auditorium.

Kaskaskia College Board Advances Community Partnerships and Approves Tax Levy Hearing

Centralia, IL - The Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees held its monthly meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Kaskaskia College. Trustees present included Bill Hawley (Odin), Linda Stover (Centralia), Louis Kalert (Centralia), Craig Finke (Nashville), and Bryan Holthaus (Carlyle). Trustees Laura Wedekemper (Shattuc), Jim Beasley (Centralia), and Meagan Mahlandt (Student Trustee) were absent.
