Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour

Function:
This individual will provide general office support to the TRiO/Student Support Services staff.

Position Description:
Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones with proper telephone etiquette and taking messages

• Photocopying, filing, and performing other general office duties

• Running errands as necessary

• Collaborating with TRiO staff and other Kaskaskia College personnel within the faculty office area

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask

• Proficiency with computers

• Professional phone etiquette

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong message-taking abilities

• High attention to detail

• Capacity to follow instructions and work independently

• Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment

• Excellent time-management skills

• Keyboarding, filing, and photocopying proficiency

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
