Qualifications for Position
Required
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years related work experience, which includes leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations and guidelines governing Admissions and Registration processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and planning

Master’s Degree
Community College experience.
CRM Experience – preferably Salesforce
Expertise in closing gaps in higher education created by racial, social, and economic differences.
Essential Functions
Provide direct student services functions and ensure quality in all student services that are provided
Utilize data to provide a framework for data-driven recruitment and retention strategies
Develop and implement admission and registration processes and policies, to provide efficient and effective student services
Lead the day-to-day operations of Admissions & Registration
Coordinate Welcome Desk services and staffing.
Instill and Maintain a commitment to quality in staff by fostering a team-based environment.
Serve as SEVIS Designated School Official on behalf of Kaskaskia College for oversight of international student admissions processes.
Develop in conjunction with planning and budgeting process, implement and monitor budgets for all areas of Admissions and Recruitment.
Develop and implement methods of operational assessment and customer service satisfaction of areas of oversight.
Develop improvement strategies based on assessment data
Serve as budget officer for Admissions and Recruitment
Serve as TargetX Recruit CRM Administrator
Participation at college events and activities throughout the year is an expectation of this position. Further, College personnel are encouraged, as a member of the KC family, to support the many organizations within the institution serving our students and the district.
Other Functions
Assist the appropriate College staff in the dissemination of information dealing with Kaskaskia’s programs and activities for students and the community.

Supervisory Responsibility
This has direct supervisory oversight of the Registrar, Enrollment Specialists, and Coordinator of Student Recruitment.
Supervisory Controls
Required to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision. Consultation with VP of Student Services is available as needed.

Position is expected to follow all College policies and procedures as well as all local, state, and federal laws. Position is also expected to adhere to and foster development of Kaskaskia College core values of compassion, honesty, respect, responsibility and fairness.
Personal Relationships
Position will have daily contact with students and other College employees and will have frequent contact with community and external agencies.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Travel within the College district, as well as occasional overnight travel is required as
necessary for professional development and in carrying out the responsibilities of this

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary range is $60,000-65,000 annually and fringe benefits eligible.

VACATION LEAVE 1.83 days per month, for a total of 22 days per fiscal year. For grant-funded employees, vacation time must be used in the year that it is earned.
