Transitional Living Program – Life Skills Coach

Job Description

  • We currently have full-time positions available in our Transitional Living Program. This program serves young adults ages 18 – 21, who are preparing for independence. We are looking for responsible, trustworthy people of good character who want to help others. The Life Skills Coach will actively engage with clients by teaching and role-modeling self-help and life skills necessary to be self-sufficient (i.e. cooking, money management, work readiness, education).



  • Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with adolescents or young adults is preferred. Must be at least 25 years of age OR have a Bachelor's Degree, have a valid Illinois Drivers’ License and comply with all pre-employment screenings and background clearances and willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Most positions have every other weekend off.
