Receptionist/Administrative Assitant

Job Description

Job Duties - basic job duties will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:

  • Greet clients and visitors upon their arrival to our office;
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff member/take detailed messages;
  • Communicate with clients as directed;
  • Sharc in common office duties such as light cleaning;
  • Maintain office calendar, scheduled court hearings, depositions, client appointments, etc.;  
  • Perform general office functions such as new file opening, document filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and mail/package acceptance; Assist with drafting; proofreading and e-filing documents;
  • Provide other support to attorneys and staff as necessary.


Personal Traits - This position will be the first point of contact between the public and our office. The right candidate will always maintain a professional appearance and polite, courteous demeanor. Other personal traits necessary to the job are:
