Optometric Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a customer service oriented full-time Optometric Technician to serve our wonderful patients with outstanding service/
- A thorough Case History on EMR
- Accurately perform and input tests on our EMR software
- Encourage patients to fulfill the doctor's recommended treatment plans
- Active team participation at the Front Desk by answering the phones and scheduling patients
- Back up to the contact lens department in teaching application and removal as well as assisting in orders and sales
- Back up to the lens laboratory by verifying completed jobs and calling patients for pickup
Qualifications
- Customer Services Orientates
- Great attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, warm, caring and extroverted personality
- Self-starter in learning
- Have confidence, poise, motivation and enthusiasm
- Knowledgeable with computers, information technology, and being internet savvy
