Scholarship Application - Undergraduate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be currently enrolled in at least 12 credit hours of college coursework or the equivalent of one semester.
• Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA through the Fall 2025 semester.
• Applicant MUST submit a copy of transcripts for all coursework through the Fall 2025 semester.
• Scholarship winners must submit a printed copy of Fall 2026 enrollment verification of at least 12 credit hours before the scholarship will be dispersed. Failure to submit Fall 2026 enrollment verification by July 31, 2026, will mean forfeiture of scholarship. Application must include the following:
  • Completed application form with all requested information, signatures, and dates.
  • A typed 250 word essay.
  • College transcript(s) that shows all grades received through the Fall 2025 semester.

Applications must be postmarked on or before March 1, 2026, and shall be mailed to:
