Scholarship Application - HIGH SCHOOL

Qualifications:

• Applicant must currently be enrolled at Centralia High School, Christ Our Rock Lutheran High School, or a child/grandchild of a current Centralia BPW member.
• Applicant must be a member of the 2026 graduating class.
• Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA through Fall 2025 semester.
• Applicant MUST submit a copy of high school transcript for all coursework through the Fall 2025 semester.
• Successful applicants must submit a printed copy of Fall 2026 enrollment verification of at least 12 credit hours before the scholarship will be dispersed. Failure to submit Fall 2026 enrollment verification by July 31, 2026 will mean forfeiture of scholarship.

Application must include the following:

• Completed application form with all requested information, signatures, and dates.
• A typed 250 word essay.
• High school transcript showing all grades received through Fall 2025 semester.

Applications must be postmarked on or before March 1, 2026, and shall be mailed to:
