This course surveys the major communication functions in organizations and their relationship to organizational culture, personnel, administrative, technological and social factors. Course emphasis is placed on enhancing student knowledge of communication in organizations by exploring topics on classical, human relations & resources, systems, and critical theories as well as topics in conflict, change, diversity, climate, and other important impacts on organizational management.
