This course will focus on a deeper analysis of how cases of technology integrations are used in the agriculture industry on machines. Students will become familiar with how companies and farmers integrate their hardware and software tools and apply the foundations learned in the basic precision ag class to apply in real world scenarios based on machines and how machines work in the field and with the cloud. Dive deep into understanding of IoT devices, satellite, radio, cellular,RS232, CANBUS, ISOBUS, J1939, ISO1187, HSI, and other communication protocols.
