This course offers a practical approach to construction scheduling, while focusing on the scheduling of real commercial construction projects using MS Project. Students will learn to apply scheduling concepts and techniques to develop comprehensive project schedules that reflect the unique complexities of actual construction scenarios. The course emphasizes the use of MS Project to create detailed schedules, including task definitions, durations, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring that students can effectively manage project timelines.
