Several of the certificates in the Culinary program are stackable. The Basic Cooking Certificate builds off the Prep Cooks Certificate in the process of becoming a professional culinarian. Students expand knowledge to include the art of garnishing and master cooking in volume.


What You Can Do

Upon successfully completion of this certificate, students will have skills to work in the following fields:

  • Entry-Level Prep Cook
