“Mindfulness Through Coloring” Class to Be Held at Vandalia Campus

The Kaskaskia College Department of Industrial and Continuing Education is pleased to present a “Mindfulness Through Coloring” class at the Vandalia Campus. The class is Tuesday and Thursday, November 10 and 12, 2020 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The registration number is COED-5063-VA01E.

Students will create abstract art coloring papers to use with colored pencils, pens, markers, or watercolors. Various types of paper will be used depending on the student's choice of coloring medium. Discussions will include mindfulness, and types of books and printable pages available. The cost for this class is $30.00, and students will pay a $5.00 fee directly to the instructor for supplies.

Please note Kaskaskia College will continue to enforce social distancing and safety guidelines established by the Illinois Community College Board and the state’s Restore Illinois program through the fall semester. This includes wearing a mask indoors, proper hand sanitizing, and visitors completing the College’s prescreening tool available on the KC Connect Mobile App or at www.kaskaskia.edu. These and other measures have been put into place to ensure the health and well-being of everyone who visits the College.
