Fitness Center Lesson 1
Basic Weight Training

Basic Fitness Center use:
  1. Sign in, receive workout card and get a towel to wipe equipment off after you use
  2. 5 minute warm-up on a bike, treadmill or elliptical
  3. 5 minute stretch
  4. Perform the circuit twice
  5. 5 minute cool down
  6. Turn workout card in and have stamped
Safety Guidelines
  1. Move carefully and slowly in the weight room
  2. Stay clear of other lifters and spotters
  3. Stay clear of weight machines when someone is lifting or is in position to lift
  4. Fix broken equipment immediately or let a staff member know. Never try to use a broken piece of equipment
  5. Make sure you are in a stable position before you attempt a lift
