Cisco Networking Academy CCNA

About the Program
Launched in 1997, the Cisco Networking Academy Program utilizes a blended learning model, integrating face-to-face teaching, a web-based curriculum, Student in Cisco labhands-on lab activities and Internet-based assessment. Kaskaskia College is now offering the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) program. Students who successfully complete the curriculum are well trained for the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification exam.

The Cisco Network Associate program consists of a variety of networking topics - from basic cabling and simple network setup to more advanced IP addressing schemes and routing protocols. Students will receive hands-on training with network equipment, including the programming and setup of routers and switches.

Kaskaskia College CCNA students may access the online curriculum content for coursework.

The Kaskaskia College Cisco Networking Laboratory is a newly renovated state-of-the-art facility where students will have the opportunity to experience hands-on learning.
