We are pleased to launch this project of formalizing the infusion of workplace ethics into the curricula at Kaskaskia College. It has been expressed by several employers throughout the KC district that one of their major concerns is the lack of candidates for employment possessing workplace ethics. Our goal is to ensure that graduates from all educational programs at KC possess an understanding and full knowledge along with a commitment to the behavioral expectation of employers. The model that we are putting in place is designed to prepare our students for successful employment and effective careers. We appreciate our faculty and staff’s commitment to the full implementation of this project.
