Function: Breed-to-Wean Production
Location: Carlyle, Illinois

Responsibilities:
Oversee the welfare, care and day-to-day management of the animals in their department
Ensure good production through the implementation of standard operating procedures
Maintain careful and accurate records
Ensure development of employees
Promote animal well-being
Practice good environmental stewardship

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
One year experience supervising in the swine industry
Have excellent animal husbandry skills and maintain confidentiality
Effectively train and develop employees
