Community Educations Centers (CEC), is a leading provider of residential reentry and in-prison community corrections programs. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
*Types general correspondence, inter-facility memorandums and other communications as necessary; Coordinates staff meeting agendas, takes meeting minutes and notes decisions made during the meeting; Coordinates the preparation of monthly reports; Maintains office equipment and is liaison with outside vendors for maintenance and repairs required; Updates all policy and procedure manuals; Maintains ACA audit files.
The position may assist with various HR duties.
We seek: High school diploma or GED equivalent plus two years related experience; Good personal computer skills required including word processing and spreadsheet software such as MS Word, MS Excel as well as MS Office and Internet navigation. Valid driver?s license. We conduct Drug Testing as a condition of employment.
