The Nursing Department at Kaskaskia College has prepared over 1800 graduates for a career in nursing. The Associate Degree Nursing program is fully accredited by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation ( and by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc. (

The Kaskaskia College Associate Degree Nursing program prepares students to pass the NCLEX-RN examination and practice as Registered Nurses. Our program outcomes for the 2016 calendar year are:

  • NCLEX-RN pass rate 96%
  • Job placement rate as Registered Nurses 100%
  • For the 2016 graduates, 59% completed the 2 year ADN program within six semesters or less.
