Facilities Operations

Facilities Operations Department is located in room VA 109 and VA 110. We are committed to providing facility services, such as security, custodial, ground and maintenance.  These services assure cultural and educational opportunities are delivered to the region and complement our tradition of distinguished teaching in undergraduate programs. In doing so we strive to deliver effective and efficient services to the Kaskaskia College community.

Work Request

To request work from Operations Department please download the Work Request form from the download link below. Save it on your computer then fill in with your request. After filling in the request form, you have two options to send it to us.

Print it out and send it through intercampus mail. Or,
Save it on your computer and then send it through Kaskaskia College Novell GroupWise as an attachment.

All the work requests will be timely and orderly carried out in the order they were received.

Facilities Request

To request use of facilities for college function, please fill out a Request for use of Facilities for College Function Form with the Operations Department. This form can be obtained from the Operations Department by calling Jo Beckemeyer at (618) 545-3139.
