Building and Grounds

The Building and Grounds crews perform all facets of Custodial and Grounds work. The custodial functions are performed in an area that includes offices, classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and all other types of working environments founds at an academic institution. And the major of the grounds functions are performed in an outside environment where work is performed using tools and machinery to maintain landscaping, grounds, and roads.

They are also responsible for performing set-ups for campus activities.
