Intro to Dairy Science (AGRC-158)

Description: This is an introductory course to the Dairy Industry. The course will focus on feeding, breeding, management, facility design, and milk marketing. Students will get a comprehensive look at dairy management through investigating techniques in heifer raising, animal health, genetics, etc. Milk quality, milk products, and the consumer will also be a focal point of the course.
