Description: This course provides students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills essential for today's office. It enables them to exercise judgment, work independently, and take responsibility for handling the details of office administration. Units of study include writing letters, reports, and memos; handling travel arrangements; preparing and interpreting financial statements, and maintaining a records management system. Office simulation activities are a vital part of the course. Prerequisite: OFTC 110 or OFTC 110C or its equivalent.
