Foundations of Nursing (NURS-106)

Description: This course provides the foundation upon which all subsequent nursing courses are taught. Content is presented in relation to the basic needs of patients/clients and the nursing process. Beginning nurse skills are developed and applied in laboratory settings. Prerequisite or concurrent required courses: BIOL 121, PSYH 100, and NURS 107.
