Textbooks
purchased from the Bookstore may be returned for a refund under the following
conditions:
- Returns must be accompanied by a cash
register receipt.
- The price tag must still be affixed to
the textbook.
- Textbooks must be in absolutely new
condition, unless purchased as used.
- Textbook returns will be accepted only
on textbooks sold as course material for the current semester.
- Fall and Spring Semester Textbooks must
be returned within two weeks from the first day of class. Returns after the
first two weeks will not be accepted until Book Buy-Back.
- Summer Semester Textbooks must be
returned within the first week of the first day of
class.
- Textbooks purchased for interim classes
must be returned within three days after the first day of
class.
- Students who drop a class after the
first two weeks of class must wait until Book Buy-Back to return their
textbooks.
- Students who have a class that is
canceled have two weeks from the date of cancellation to return their textbooks.
- All textbook returns are subject to the
approval of the Bookstore Manager.
The above
conditions also apply to students who are receiving financial aid and deferred
the payment of their textbooks to a third party payer. In lieu of a refund,
however, the student's funding agency will be credited.
General
merchandise purchased from the Bookstore may be returned for a refund under the
following conditions:
- Returns must be accompanied by a cash
register receipt.
- Returns must be made within ten days
from the date of purchase.
- The price tag must still be affixed to
the merchandise.
- Merchandise must still be in absolutely
new condition.
- Packaged merchandise must be returned in
its original packaging.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to
the approval of the Bookstore Manager.
