Stew Kirkland

Stew Kirkland attended Kaskaskia College from 1978 to 1981 and was an avid member of the Blue Devils Men’s Golf Team.  Stew was a Junior College All American in 1981 and was the first golfer from Kaskaskia College to make the Junior College National Tournament. 

Stew is a member of the National Long Drive Association and uses his status as a professional golfer to support the Highlands School educational scholarship program through his participation in the Highlands Scholarship Fund Classics.  Stew is a ReMax five time World Long Drive Qualifier; competing annually since 2004 and placed 13th in the Open Division  and boasts two top five finishes in the Senior Division.  His record for long drive is 417 yards.
