Career & Technical Education

Kaskaskia College offers 24 Associate of Applied Science degrees and 63 certificate degrees in the Career and Technical Department. The Career and Technical Department programs provide education for entry-level jobs, upgrading skills in related areas, and continuing education requirements. The programs are styled in accordance with the wants and needs of students, the community, business and industry.

Arts & Sciences Education

The Arts and Sciences Division consists of four departments: Fine Arts and Humanities, Physical and Life Sciences, Mathematics, and Social Sciences. We offer a broad range of courses to help students explore their interests and earn credit toward a four-year degree in their major. Most courses in the Arts and Sciences Division are transferable, and under the Illinois Articulation Initiative, most Illinois universities give credit for these courses. Under the Arts and Sciences umbrella, you will find most of the courses that you will need to obtain for an Associate Degree in the Arts and an Associate Degree in Science.
