We understand you might have some barriers to achieving your future. We can help you remove these barriers, or at least provide some relief for:
Childcare: Expenses related to finding alternate childcare due to loss of income related to COVID-19 or loss of childcare support due to COVID-19. Additional expenses could be childcare needed due to school-age children learning remotely.
Educational Costs: Course-related expenses include paying for additional materials or software needed due to courses moving to an online/virtual modality. This could include prior balances owed to the college left unpaid due to COVID-19 related circumstances.
Food: Food-related expenses include paying for groceries due to loss of income as a result of COVID-19.
Healthcare: Expenses include doctor visits, prescriptions, and test/lab results due to COVID-19 symptoms. In addition, mental healthcare costs can also be included.
Housing: Expenses that include covering the costs of housing displacement or relocation due to COVID-19. Additional expenses in this category can include rent, mortgage, or utility payments.
Technology: Expenses include paying for internet, a computer, WIFI access, web camera, or other equipment needed for courses moving to an online format.
Transportation: Expenses could include fuel costs, bus passes, or car repairs related to traveling for school.
