Job Description
Inform tour guests and interact with customers about Marcoot Jersey Creamery and Farm and products
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the tour areas
Assist with daily operations of the creamery store
Maintain inventory records and stocking the store with products
Processing payments on a computerized point of sale system
Honestly making change for customers
Assist Tour Director with on-farm events as assigned.
Other duties as assigned
The ideal customer service associate will follow Marcoot Jersey Creamery LLC (MJC) policies and procedures, assist with quality assurance/control. ensure guests have a positive experience, have outstanding verbal communications skills, be enthusiastic and friendly, have excellent monitoring and time management skills, be able to stand and/or walk for long periods, and be flexible and proactive.
This is a non-supervisory position.
