Carlyle’s Kayla Guetersloh To Play Softball for Kaskaskia College

Recent Carlyle High School graduate, Kayla Guetersloh, has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Kaskaskia College next year. 

According to KC Coach John Barnes, “Kayla is consistent with what we are looking for in that she is a tremendous athlete. Her speed and agility will be an upgrade on the infield. She can be a catalyst type player at the top of the lineup."

Guetershoh was an infielder for the Lady Indians and while in high school she was named All-Conference her junior and senior years and a First Team All-Area her senior while batting.552.

She is the daughter of Margo and Kevin Guetersloh and plans to study general studies while in high school working towards a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
