¦This position will require 32-39 hours per week and must be available to work Saturday's.
¦Is familiar with the features and benefits of the products and services offered by the bank in order to cross-sell,
refer, or answer inquiries regarding those products and services.
¦Receive cash and checks for deposit; verify amounts, and looks for check endorsements. Examines cash
carefully to guard against counterfeit bills.
¦Cashes checks for customers in accordance with bank policy. Enters transactions into computer system
and issues receipts.
¦Counts and balances cash drawer at end of shift.
¦Prepares and balances, cashiers checks, savings bonds and ATM as requested.
¦Proof Reports to Teller Transaction Tapes
¦Maintains and order supplies
¦Maintains Log for Deposit Accounts
¦Assists customers with ATM operations.
¦Cross-sells bank products
¦Serves as relief and /or backup teller in other locations of Midland States Bank
¦Accepts other duties as assigned
¦High School Diploma
¦Ability to enter numerical data on teller system with speed and accuracy.
¦Good mathematical aptitude to facilitate daily balancing.
¦Successfully completed in-house teller training.
