Campus. The seminar will take place on

participant awareness of the risk factors of CHD; hypertension, high blood
cholesterol, and other warning signs. The series focuses on heart healthy
foods, menus planning, low sodium strategies, healthy eating away from
home, omega 3/fish, dietary fiber, antioxidants, a healthy pantry, etc.
Activity levels and weight management information on keeping your heart in good
condition, as well as food demonstrations, taste testing, and recipes are
provided at each session. Cost is $20.00
for all ages.
