This AutoCAD certificate can be applied to an Occupational Certificate for future advancement. For students who elect to pursue drafting and design as chosen careers and those who elect to further their education, a 2-year Computer Drafting Technology Program is available. Typical students who complete the 2-year A.A.S. Degree in Computer Drafting Technology have a number of attributes for employment. These include in-depth training in drafting, ability to meet schedules, establishing priorities and flexibility. Careful planning, a desire to learn and personal commitment to becoming a team member can make Computer Drafting Technology a part of their future.
