Dairy students complete the 13 core Agriculture classes and five additional Agricultural courses, as well as the general education requirements of Kaskaskia College. The four dairy courses focus on the area of dairy production. They include live animal evaluation, diseases, waste management and physiology of reproduction and lactation.

Students enrolled in the Dairy Program in the Agriculture Department at Kaskaskia College complete a total of 600 hours of Supervised Occupational Experience.
