Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for the management of all production departments as it relates to safety,
quality, and productivity. This position is responsible for meeting the needs of the customers, while maximizing
operational effectiveness.   This position will provide daily direction and leadership to the press and finishing
department, and ensure compliance to all Company policies and procedures.  The Production Manager is responsible for
monitoring performance, setting expectations, and development of staff.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in packaging industry related field or business
Minimum 5 years printing/finishing department manager experience
Proven technical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate process improvement teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate people.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP skills.
Lean Manufacturing experiences a plus.
Proven culture development experience
