Qualifications must include: 
-Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
-Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
-Add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.

General Description / Job Duties:
-Must be able to spray for a period of 8-10 hours.
-Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
-Follow all break and lunch time schedules.
-Read all paperwork pertaining to the job you are performing.
-Visually inspect the parts to ensure they meet the customer’s standards.
-Follow all safety guidelines.
-Correctly fill out daily production log paper and turn in.
-Maintain assigned work area and equipment (which includes dusting, sweeping and mopping) to secure a safe and clean work environment.
-Understand basic operation of an air spray gun.
-Have basic knowledge of prime, smooth and texture painting.
-Basic knowledge on how to clean paint pot.
-Tact board usage.
-Ability to read and/or understand job direction to complete the operation/task required for the job order.
-Other duties as assigned by Paint Supervisor or other member of Management.
