Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions
Under direct supervision, serves as lead worker to lower level staff. Confirms correct and consistent implementation of
facility policies and procedures. On one shift, verifies compliance with facility/division living unit philosophy,
program, procedures and practices. Completes documentation. Verifies maintenance of service environment.
Performs checks and completes documentation confirming the environment is maintained in a comfortable, attractive,
safe and sanitary manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires successful completion of an approved training program & 1 yr. experience in the care and habilitation of
individuals with developmental disabilities; requires skill and ability to apply advanced or specialized procedures
and techniques relative to provisions of personal and nursing care services, treatment, development and habilitation
of residents.
